EstateIQ provides property market data, analytics, and intelligence tools for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. All data is sourced from third-party providers (including ADREC) and may contain inaccuracies or delays. EstateIQ A/S and its operators accept no liability whatsoever for any investment decisions, losses, or damages arising from use of this platform.

2. Data Accuracy

Market data, transaction records, price indices, and valuation estimates are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Past performance of property markets does not guarantee future results.

3. Investment Risk

Property investment carries inherent financial risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. EstateIQ provides tools to assist in research only — all investment decisions are your sole responsibility.

4. Privacy & Data

We collect and store your account information (username, email, user type) and usage data to provide the service. We will not sell your personal data to third parties. If you opt in, we may send you market updates and investment insights via email. If you opt in separately, EstateIQ's AI assistant may store your conversations and follow up with you if a better answer becomes available. You may unsubscribe or withdraw either opt-in at any time from your account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

All EstateIQ platform content, design, algorithms, and reports are proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell platform output without written permission.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. EstateIQ is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. EstateIQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time without notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi courts.
