What We Are
EstateIQ is a real estate market intelligence platform covering Abu Dhabi. We exist because property decisions in this market are too often made on gut feeling, agent anecdotes, or listing prices that were never actually paid. We built EstateIQ to replace that with real, verifiable numbers.
Our Data
Every transaction figure on EstateIQ is sourced from ADREC (Abu Dhabi's official real estate regulator) — actual registered sale prices, not estimates or agent opinions. Active listing data is sourced from PropertyFinder, refreshed daily. We combine both to show what's currently on the market alongside what has actually sold, side by side, for every district and community we cover.
Where our data has known limitations — thin transaction volume in a given community, or a gap between listed and registered floor-area conventions — we favor showing that clearly over smoothing it away with assumptions.
